A Spacious Retreat In Mountain Range Style

The cosy stone house features a spacious living and dining area with large panorama windows, a fireplace and comfortable sofas to unwind and relax.

In the warm season, various terraces offer at all times a sunny or shady place to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the area and the magnificent views over the mountains and across the lake.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, four tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and a separate toilet.

The house has its own spring water supply and is equipped with a photovoltaic solar power plant.

All rooms have central heating.

• Note: A solar electric system provides electricity to illuminate the house, charge phones and computers. However, any equipment producing heat - such as electric hair dryers, toasters or water boilers - cannot be used as they consume too much watt and would damage the system.

   

• Note: There is no telephone nor internet in the house. Free wifi is available in several bars, restaurants and public places in the villages.

• Note: There is no barbecue. Due to the elevated risk of forest fires, it is absolutely forbidden to make any open fire outside the house or on and around the premises. If you smoke, please ensure to always put off the cigarette properly in an ashtray and never throw into the nature.
