A Spacious Retreat In Mountain Range Style

The cosy stone house features a spacious living and dining area with large panorama windows, a fireplace, and comfortable sofas to unwind and relax.

In the warm season, various terraces offer a sunny or shady spot at all times to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the area, as well as the magnificent views over the mountains and across the lake.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, and the three tastefully furnished and decorated double bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests.

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, and a separate toilet.

The house has its own spring water supply and is equipped with a photovoltaic solar power plant only.  A "total green planet clean energy concept house" envisions a home powered entirely by renewable and eco-friendly sources.

All rooms are equipped with central heating.

• Note: A solar electric system provides electricity to illuminate the house, charge phones, and computers. However, any equipment producing heat - such as electric hair dryers, toasters, or water boilers, cannot be used as they consume too much watt and would damage the system.

• Note: There is no telephone or free wifi in the house; however, there is 3G network coverage. Free wifi is available in several bars, restaurants, and public places in the villages.

• Note: There is no barbecue. Due to the elevated risk of forest fires, it is absolutely forbidden to make any open fire outside the house or on and around the premises. If you smoke, please ensure to always put out the cigarette properly in an ashtray and never throw it into nature.
